True, but there is a way he can address the issue of widespread government corruption in his SOTU address and yet still stay positive:
There will certainly be a portion of his speech devoted to the status of his major campaign promises - all he needs to do is include in that summary his pledge to drain the swamp.
Will he have armed guards in case the left side of the House rushes him?
