Golden boy Robert Mueller's forgotten surveillance crime spree

When Robert Mueller was appointed last May as Special Counsel to investigate Trump, Politico Magazine gushed that “Mueller might just be America’s straightest arrow — a respected, nonpartisan and fiercely apolitical public servant whose only lifetime motivation has been the search for justice.” Most of the subsequent press coverage has shown nary a doubt about Mueller’s purity. But, during his 11 years as director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mueller’s agency routinely violated federal law and the Bill of Rights.

Mueller took over the FBI one week before the 9/11 attacks and he was worse than clueless after 9/11. On Sept. 14, 2011, Mueller declared, “The fact that there were a number of individuals that happened to have received training at flight schools here is news, quite obviously. If we had understood that to be the case, we would have — perhaps one could have averted this.” Three days later, Mueller announced: “There were no warning signs that I’m aware of that would indicate this type of operation in the country.” His protestations helped the Bush administration railroad the Patriot Act through Congress, vastly expanding the FBI’s prerogatives to vacuum up Americans’ personal information.

Deceit helped capture those intrusive new prerogatives. The Bush administration suppressed until the following May the news that FBI agents in Phoenix and Minneapolis had warned FBI headquarters of suspicious Arabs in flight training programs prior to 9/11. A House-Senate Joint Intelligence Committee analysis concluded that FBI incompetence and negligence “contributed to the United States becoming, in effect, a sanctuary for radical terrorists.” FBI blundering spurred the Wall Street Journal to call for Mueller’s resignation, while a New York Times headline warned: “Lawmakers Say Misstatements Cloud F.B.I. Chief's Credibility.”

The Left Wing Liars are trying hard to dispose of Mueller. They are no longer in much doubt what he is up to.

Always thought this guy had weird mannerisms and facial expressions. Always thought he was shady, never seemed to act quite right.

You can’t blame Mueller specifically for 9/11 if he only took over as the head of the FBI a week before it, just as you can’t blame Pres. Bush for a plan that had been long in-place before he became president.

The blame has to lie with former FBI director Louis Freeh, Clinton’s FBI director and his mid-level administrators. They are the ones who ignored what their field agents were saying about Arab-nation individuals taking flying lessons for large aircraft esp. in Arizona and Minnesota.

One clue to Freeh’s thinking is found in his autobiography, about page 164, where he praises one of his law professors at Rutger’s, Arthur Kinoy, an “old leftist”.

Kinoy was one of the Communist Party’s top lawyers eventhough there was no known public identity of him as a party member (despite his being a leader of their legal front, the National Lawyers Guild, in their front the NECLC -National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee, and later being one of the creators of the NLG’s split -off the Center for Constitutional Rights).

According to the late government internal security investigator/analyst Herbert Romerstein, once the youngest full member of the CPUSA in the 1940’s, ONLY trusted CPUSA members/lawyers were allowed to direct the legal defenses and appeals of the convicted Soviet spies Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.

Kinoy was this man. Another member of that defense team was George Crockett Jr., (later a judge in Detroit and then a member of Congress, and along with Rep. John Conyers Jr (D-MIch), were the only two MC who voted against condemning the Soviet Union for shooting down the unarmed passenger airplane KAL 007. Conyers has long been classified by internal security researchers, if not the FBI, as not only a covert member of the CPUSA (might have been without a card), but also a Soviet front operative for the World Peace Council.

Freeh didn’t do his homework, either at school or while at the Bureau. He ignored certain things of importance and poo-poohed others. The rest, as they say, is history.

Mueller may have been a fool, but I won’t blame him for something he inherited and had no time to even address. As for “Russian Collusion” and “Dossiergate”, those fiascos, frauds, and Russian disinformation operations are on him.
