Nearly 80 undocumented immigrants, including 13 unaccompanied children, were found inside a tractor-trailer northeast of Laredo, according to the Border Patrol. Agents working at a checkpoint on U.S. 83 on Friday found the 76 immigrants from Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala in the trailer of a northbound truck, according to a news release from the Border Patrol. The immigrants were in “good health” according to the news release and the truck’s U.S. citizen driver was arrested... The issue came up again earlier this month when police chief William McManus was criticized for releasing 12 immigrants who had apparently been smuggled from the U.S. to Laredo. Police charged the driver of that vehicle under a state smuggling statute and McManus said federal officials chose not to take the immigrants into custody.

Those poor people... I really do feel sorry for anyone who gets tricked into using their life savings to leave a Sh!th0le country.

Cool it down, give water, then lock it up, send it back. Escort it to the border, open it up, and then confiscate the vehicle after the occupants have been let out over the border.
Arrest them all. Deport them immediately. If they return, shoot them.
It’s gunna get worse when the trucks become driverless.
Talk of amnesty has renewed the invasion.
I really feel bad for these people. Their countries are exactly what Trump said they were, and a lot of that is the result of Dem policies or Dem collusion with corrupt governments (such as those of Haiti and Venezuela and El Salvador). They can’t even provide basic services for their people because they’re too busy stealing the money. Chavez’ daughter was the richest woman in Latin America at the time of his death, and the family of the current leftist dictator, Maduro, ain’t doing too badly, either.
Most of our Latin American immigrants would be very happy to stay in their countries, with their families and communities, but the condition of these countries is what makes them so desperate to leave. (The “immigrants” I really think need to be avoided are from the ME and countries that openly hate us and have terrorist forces that attack us - I have no idea why we accept these people even legally.)
We’ve got to stop these floods of people from getting through, but I think Trump was absolutely right about their countries and one of the ways of slowing the flow long term would be to put pressure on their countries. There was even an article in the WSJ today that called out Clinton for his involvement in making Haiti probably the worst s***hole country in the hemisphere, and the involvement of the Dems in the Marxist guerrilla takeover of El Salvador. And I saw a statement by an African president who said that Trump was right, there were way too many s***hole countries there, not because of the people but because of their governments and non-economies (because of theft and corruption),

Find the smugglers and leave them in the middle of the desert for the buzzards and vultures.
