IF this is true, then President Trump will be justified in firing him. From there, I’m not so sure what might happen with Mueller.
Rosenstein was confirmed by a 94-6 Senate vote on April 2017. Not sure who takes his place until Trump nominates a replacement and that person is confirmed.
Many Republicans want the memo to be released publicly, but the manner of its release, and whether it should be reviewed first by the administration, is a matter of dispute.
There is NO dispute, I saw President Trump on TV the other day saying they can do it on their own and do not need his permission, and that he wants them to release it.

Page has been under FISA surveillance off and on since 2014. If the only FISA granted were just on Page, this is going nowhere.
This is NYT misdirection. The Page FISA will be the least controversial aspect of the memo IMO.
In the end anything coming out of the Mueller investigation will go nowhere in a court of law because it is all poisoned from the beginning. These people are stupid. It was always Rosenstein and it was obvious. If Sessions had any inegrity he would have fired him long ago. He set Trump up to fire Comey, He gave Mueller a wide open charter and a blank check with orders to “get the goods”
