Just saying that around my area of Cali I dont see
the border jumpers of whom you speak and Cali is
not a failed state as it doesn’t yet fit enough criteria.
I won’t dispute the road conditions nor the sucky
schools of today.
A body can be dying of cancer but still have a nice smile. Someone can have a pretty face and an ugly body. “Cali” has been a failed state for 20-30 years. The cancer is growing, but the complacent in California say, “Son’t I have a pretty smile?”
