A school board in Wisconsin has agreed to pay $800,000 to settle a lawsuit in the case of a transgender former student born female who was initially denied the request to use boys' bathrooms. The Kenosha Unified School Board voted 5-2 Tuesday night in favor of the $800,000 settlement, Kenosha News reported. Lawyers said that $650,000 of that sum would go toward attorney's fees.
The student, Ash Whitaker, a biological female who identifies as a male, claimed the school had carried out discriminatory practices in requiring that students use the bathrooms of the gender they were born with.
Whitaker, who graduated Tremper High School in June 2017, also claimed that school staff would monitor trips to the bathroom. The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had ruled in May to uphold U.S. District Court Judge Pamela Pepper's injunction allowing Whitaker to use male-only restrooms despite the school's directives.
The settlement also allows Whitaker to use male bathrooms when returning to the school as an alumni.
"I am deeply relieved that this long, traumatic part of my life is finally over and I can focus on my future and simply being a college student," Whitaker, who is now attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, said in response to the settlement decision...
In another settlement last August, a charter school in Minnesota agreed to pay $120,000, as well as to institute a gender-neutral school uniform policy and train its staff in transgender student sensitivities, after a civil lawsuit from the parents of a transgender student claimed the school did not do enough to protect their child from experiencing bullying and harassment.
And thus the devil, who seeks worship in his alternative kingdom via his proxy servants, not only denies what sin is, but promotes sinful perverse alternatives to what God has ordained as right and beneficial for man.
And while the basic function of government is to punish evil and reward good, insofar as it (and the society which place them in power) rejects God's standard for what is good vs evil then government will increasingly reward evil and punish good.
The result is that by sanctioning homosexual marriage and thus penalizing states that will not, then SCOTUS has effectively required that all salute to the flag of Sodom.
Meanwhile real Christians, who stand for Biblical morality, and seek the salvation of others, including homosexuals, can be viciously maligned, slandered (as homophobic) and excluded from employment due to what they identify and express themselves as being, but if a entity hurts the feelings of a person who identifies and express themselves as homosexual then they can heavily fined and punished.

These lawsuits are just to set a precedent......this will be cited in future lawsuits against any establishment who dares to prevent a transgendered person from doing ANYTHING THEY WANT.

No girls should be allowed in a boys bathroom , AND NO BOYS SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN A GIRLS BATHROOM OR SHOWER!

The issue isn’t the school here, from what I can tell - the issue is the legal system and judicial precedent.
A nearby school had a similar problem. They let the child use the faculty restroom.
So let me get this straight, a GIRL wants to use the BOYS bathroom, the boys don’t want this chick seeing their junk and this chick gets paid 800,000 grand..what the hell has happened to my country seriously!
