Because Soros does enormous damage to the US so he is useful to Russia. If the intelligence community is as compromised as it seems to be that would explain why this is the evil prick hasn’t been taken out. In the good old days a G. Russia has no warrant out for Soros, that’s a myth. The Russians have, however, banned two of his organizations.
He does not want to cross paths with Viktor Orban in his home country, however.
