the calculation to find that the wealth of 128 billionaires equalled the bottom half of the world’s population. One policy solution to this "problem' would be for the sake of the world we should kill and confiscate the wealth of those 128 billionaires and distribute it to the bottom half so that we can feel good about ourselves. But that won't happen. Instead they will pick off the middle class with asset forfeiture with no trial or charges.
