It's become obvious that the FBI policy of not recording interviews is a failed policy. They just hand write personal notes on paper and then submit the notes as an official 302 document up the chain of command. That is grade school nonsense.
Written notes are very subjective and not evidence of fact. It's simply their own take on what was said by the interviewee. Hardly objective. Hell, even our local LEO investigators record interviews or interrogations. This policy needs to be changed, and Sessions has the power to make it so.
I'm okay with the interviewee having an attorney in the room, but there should always be either a video recording, if not an audio recording. I would never talk to the FBI or other LEO unless it were recorded.
This is an issue that needs be addressed by Tucker Carlson, Hannity, and others. Let's spread this bad policy far and wide.
