More sad than funny. The “how’s Monika” comes from a Clinton’s sycophant. It was not supposed to mock him but praise him for having a young mistress. Typical of the moral relativism of the left.

It was mainly Doctor Raoul with an assist by D28Man, if I remember right, who created the 'Cops Cheer'.

Clinton heard the 'Cops Cheer' many times :-)
