We should eat cake :)
Are you kidding me? $1000 for us is like $100,000, or more, to the cow.
We are trying to save, but are mostly going from paycheck to paycheck. Taxes took what we have saved.
Turn this into a political ad and run it non-stop beginning in late AUG/early SEP through the election.
So says the richest woman in the Senate.
To someone who has probably stolen/swindled millions of taxpayer dollars, $1,000 is crumbs.
Show me the $1,000 bonus your party ever gave to the middle class Nancy!
Pelosi is a crumb sucker.
Pelosi does not like the taxpayers getting some of their money back....she wanted to use it to pay off her voters with more give-aways.
Dear Nancy: I’ll take your crumbs too if you don’t want them any more, you crazy corrupt left wing hag.
Wrong, Botox B___ch. $1000 is a considerable amount of money to me.
Its a lot better than pelousy stealing more money away from working people with her ever- higher and higher taxes and restrictive regulations that drive up the cost of living
and California says those Crumbs are theirs not yours ,LOL
Stupid, Botox-addled old hag conveniently omits the fact these bonuses are given out by the thousands.
How much of the ‘cheese’ did the family get to keep by pre-paying their property taxes so they could claim it as a deduction on their income taxes?
Going to bet a little more than $1,000.
Pot calling the old kettle, me thinks. Of course, she’s for the little people and WOULD NEVER use her influence to improve the family income at the taxpayer’s expense. Just remember, people, we get to pay her for the rest of her living days if she’s in office or not. That’s one heck of a chunk of cheese.
When you have a net worth of over $100,000,000 then $1000 may look like crumbs.
Nancy let them eat cake Pelosi.
Nancy does not seem to understand that it was never intended that Congress be the arbiter of how Americans, rich or poor, business class or worker class, highly successful or largely unsuccessful, spent or allocated the fruits of their labor or investment.
Specifically, the Founders forbade the misuse of taxation to such purpose. (That specifically is why the 16th Amendment was required before the little dears could even tax income, other than by a flat rate, per capita.)
Nancy also displays the characteristics of a brainwashed pawn for the sociopaths of the Left, such as George Soros, in that she ritualistically parrots lines of approach--whatever the subject--that lead to class warfare, envy, racial antagonism, the lunacy of conflict between the sexes, and virtually every type of socially destructive animosity.
What an absurd example of the all too common unfitness for office, we see among the ranks of a once great political party. There is little doubt but that Jefferson & Madison would have agreed with my assessment, above.
It is a paltry sum given the financial and cultural abuses the American Middle Class has suffered the last 30 years.
