The CRTV host argued that Mueller is trying to “destroy” Trump.
CRTV host Mark Levin began his radio show Tuesday by saying that special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the election is slowly turning into a “silent coup” attempt against President Trump’s legitimacy.
Levin explained, “I have personally come to the conclusion, after reading leaks today from Robert Mueller’s office … that in fact, he’s not building a criminal case against the president for obstruction, but he is building an obstruction case.”
Levin argued that Mueller will target the president by accusing Trump of trying to “derail an investigation.” A constitutional attorney, Levin predicted that Mueller will intimidate people under investigation into making hostile statements against the president.
Mueller is not interested in bringing charges, Levin explained, arguing that the goal is to try to “destroy” President Trump.
“This is exactly why Robert Mueller has surrounded himself with Democrat and liberal apparatchiks,” he added, reminding the radio audience of Mueller’s highly partisan team of prosecutors.
Levin explained that although the Trump-Russia narrative is collapsing, the Left is not at all concerned with the facts of the matter, only the end game that leads to President Trump’s dismissal from office.

Did Obama obstruct justice by not enforcing narcotics laws in Colorado? Yes but he was president and cannot obstruct justice under the separation of powers provisions in the constitution. The president cannot commit a crime as president. If he does ,he just pardons himself . In short, the president cannot prosecute the president. This is all such a wasted effort. The president IS THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT!!
A silent coup?
The more intel, gossip, chatter, facts, reports, and other real and fake items that are being released hourly - I see a SCREAMING LOUD coup as a strong possibility.
A coup won’t succeed. But unfortunately the bad actors like Mueller, Comey et al will get away with it.

I keep wondering when Trump is going to start playing hard ball with these bastards. McCabe is nothing but a lying POS who should have been fired and if Wray didn’t like it F him.
LS believes Mueller is working as a White Hat and is rooting out corruption at the FBI and DOJ.
So far I know only of conjecture for that contention, but would like to see some evidence of it.

Talk about a Constitutional Crisis...that would take the cake.
Dear Mr. Levin,
STOP, STOP, STOP calling this a SILENT coup. It is an out loud, out front, in our faces, full bore coup d’etat. Silent coups do not leak to the media. Silent coups do not text and tweet and announce their purpose and exactly what they are trying to do.
Having said that, you are right on but most of us realized this from the get go. We realized this when Obama holdovers such as Comey were acting suspiciously and with malice toward the election.
It is also clear that Mueller and Comey and the rest of the Deep State have been exposed. The walls are closing in on them and they are getting desperate. Desperation never leads to rational actions. The time is now for the GOP to fire their guns on what they have learned.
But now, here is the irony of this entire coup. Its biggest and most important enabler is Jeff Sessions. His inaction and his current complacency is leading to the destruction of a President that he claims to vehemently support. Perhaps he is just a goober who is in over his head. Worse, perhaps he is a swamp creature incapable of realizing that he needed to stop being by, off and for the swamp.
You better believe that Mueller is going to go for obstruction, and soon.
He want to throw red meat, however fake, to the legions of zombie leftists, fact-immune leftists, the GOPe, and media, thus taking charge of the narrative and the news cycle for weeks and months on end.
The media will interview McCain on his deathbed and McCain will accomodate them, savaging Trump.
A charge of obstruction is guaranteed to cause a cry to Holy Heaven by all of Trump’s enemies, crippling all of Trump’s initiatives.
The charge and the resultant uproar will be the last, go-for-broke, card-up-the-sleeve option for the Rats and their media enablers.
It makes you want to throw up listening to the people reading the scripts to try to make McCabe a hero and a victim.
And since Mueller has not been able to find any evidence of actual collusion, just what part of the investigation was Trump trying to obstruct before Mueller got involved?
I watch PMSNBC whenever I need a purgative..............
