On the day after the election, FBI official Peter Strzok and senior FBI lawyer Lisa Page, his paramour, discussed how they could undo the damage they did in the Clinton investigation, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) revealed on Fox News Tuesday morning.
Gowdy said recently released text messages exchanged between the pair during the 2016 election show a level of anti-Trump bias "that you rarely see."
Strzok was a top counterintelligence agent with the FBI when he was involved with the Hillary Clinton email investigation and FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe. He exchanged more than 50,000 messages with Page, according to Fox News.
As Gowdy and Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) revealed last night, one of the messages included a reference to a "secret society" of officials within the Department of Justice and the FBI that apparently met the day after the election of Donald J. Trump to plot against the president-elect.
But that's not all. On Tuesday, Gowdy revealed more from the already concerning text message.
"It's the day after the election and it's the same two people that were discussing a little bit later in the texts the damage they had done with the Clinton investigation and how they could 'fix it' and make it right," Gowdy said.
(One can only guess that the two had in mind the damage they did to Clinton's campaign by uncovering the gross negligence in which she handled classified emails.)

I just want to go on record with the hope that Sen Johnson’s informant is telling the truth. I HOPE it is not a set-up to destroy the Republican’s building case against the higher ups at the FBI.
Keystone Kops. If only they had indicted her, she might have won. If only they hadn’t started the fake Russia probe, she might not now be in jeopardy for charges of treason.
Obviously, we taxpayers are paying for too many FBI agents. These two were certainly not the only ones in that wasteland who were exchanging mindless Democrat gossip with one another instead of combating the heinous crime that is killing thousands of opioid addicts throughout the country. FIRE at least 30% of them, and 100% of their bosses at the top of this decomposing chain of command.
Hillary probably promised Strzok he would be FBI director.

This stuff is a level of prosecutorial misconduct that can get cases thrown out of court. That’s why Mueller fired Strzok.
None of this would have come to light if these people had just accepted the result of the last election instead of fanatically conspiring to overthrow the President.
The plans to prevent Trump from taking office came later. None of the other acts were supposed to be a problem since Hillary was supposed to win.
