In one of the later seasons of the X-Files, Cary Elwes appeared ina few episodes as a creepy, corrupt assistant FBI director. I think of that character every time I hear Comey’s name or see his picture.
Wow. That’s some deep XFiles lore there. I think that was the second to last season. You could almost feel the writers shaking the scripts like an empty gas can...trying to get to the station before breaking down.
