I seem to recall years ago threads about U.S. Military training events in our cities. Of course all sorts of conspiracy theories. Although I do recall reading various laws that could be read that during martial law, troops COULD take stuff or use your home. I’m not sure how that musters with our 3rd and 4th amendments. The Federal Army will declare the area in "rebellion' and seize whatever they want. It happened during the Civil War and in my family in particular. The Union army took our gr gr, gr grandfathers mules as "contraband' into service even though they were pro union folk. My uncles decided to retrieve their stolen mules and were caught and hung for their efforts. It will no doubt work this way in the nexr civil war.
