With a fence like this, there might as well have just have a huge sign put up “Welcome Illegals”

Such picture must be put in its context. It’s on the European border, probably in Spain’s enclave La Ceuta. The illegals try to climb the fence because according to a European law, as soon as they set feet on the Spanish side of the fence, they can’t be thrown back, the Spanish gov must welcome, house, feed and process them, which means in practice that they end up free to roam all Europe. And there are globalist Soros-paid activists and the lying press to see that such law is enforced.

I hope the US is smart enough NOT to have such stupid laws, otherwise, as “beautiful” as it may be, Trump’s wall would be useless.

The election result of any California federal election should not be certified after April 1st.

So when Trump deports these illegals, will California mail then absentee ballots to their homes in Mexico?

Yup, it’s not going to stop at CA’s borders, that’s for sure.

Even if illegal aliens became citizens, note that the Supreme Court had clarified in Minor v. Happersett that there is no enumerated right to vote. So even citizenship does not automatically guarantee the right to vote.
“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had. [emphasis added]” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.

Note that the four voting rights amendment (15 19 24 26) do not constitute a right to vote per say, these amendments prohibiting the states from not letting a citizen vote on the basis of certain criteria.

Corrections, insights welcome.

California stinks to high heaven! They are the state that was dredged from the cesspool! Why would they validate illegal aliens to vote in this countries elections? Are they thumbing their noses at the rest of the country?

Off topic but related:

What will turn FL rat is a constitutional referendum this November to allow ex-convicts to vote.

I predict it will pass.

I despise direct democracy.
