I was glad to learn that the Jag’s lost - this was the team that went to the UK to play and kneeled for our National anthem but stood for the UK’s.

My attitude exactly! I’m a New England Patriots fan and considered actually watching the Super Bowl (after having not watched single game this season). However, the NFL is determined to put politics over sports and business, alienating previously committed fans in order to score “social justice points”. Next season when viewership and other sources of revenue continue to decrease, they may wise up. Or they may just doubt down (as they have seemed to do this season) and ensure the death of the NFL. Goodell is that stupid, I’m just surprised the team owners are.

Just to show how incredibly STOOOOOPID the NFL is, if they did not want this ad the smart move would have been to lean on NBC to reject it, and let them take the flak.
The fact that the NFL did it themselves indicates that they are either morons, OR they actually support the kneelers 100%.
