DACA should damn’ well get slapped down as UNCONSTITUTIONAL since the Executive Branch CANNOT MAKE LAW.

Since DACA started as an executive order, how can a court stop Trump from ending it with another executive order?

The secret society members crawling through the administrative state are probably weaponizing email and message data brazenly as we speak to blackmail the justices. Might even need a Scalia style insurance policy.

YES!!!!! Legitimate rule of law instead of by tin horn depot DEMOCRAT judges in Hawaii and California. The Hawaiian judges are as effed up and their bungled missile warning syatem was. The Japanese-Americans that run Hawaii are monumentally incompetent.

DAPA was already ruled unconstitutional and DACA was based on it, so this should be a formality.

End the illegal DACA program.

Restore the rule of law.

Remove ALL illegal aliens.

Build the Wall.

DACA was an executive order signed by the muslim, Trump can rescind any executive order whenever he damn well pleases.

What am I missing??

Unfortunately, we have men and women in black robes who believe they can bend/distort/pervert the Constitution to mean whatever they want it to mean.

Long ago, the Congress should have impeached and removed activist judges for failing to honor their pledge to uphold the Constitution - but they failed to do so. The result is a proliferation of activist judges who create law(s) without adherence or regard to our Constitution.

John Roberts rules, amnesty survives, as a tax.

I wouldn't count on SCOTUS for deciding anything correctly the way strict Constitutionalists decide it.

Lower court activism doesn't stop until the HoR starts impeaching. ALL courts but the SC are a creation of Congress and remain in existence at the discretion of Congress.

If this ruling comes back as we expect it to, the circuit court activist who ruled otherwise should be impeached the very next day. And then move down the line to others who have ruled similarly. Until the activists understand they imperil their own jobs by their extremism, this crap will continue.

Exactly correct. Unfortunately DACA was perceived as being "law" by many and that's what Democrats are banking on, that Trump is circumventing "law" somehow.

“probably weaponizing email and message data brazenly as we speak to blackmail the justices”

Well I am convinced Roberts was blackmailed. I don’t know if we can be encouraged by the SC fast tracking this. We could lose IMHO.

This issue is even more important than Obamacare......we saw how Roberts twisted himself into a legal pretzel in order to make the case, which made no sense to anyone with any common sense.

That begs the question......what did Obama have on him?

With DACA, the Dems are dependent on this for their sheer survival.

How will they get to Roberts?

I hope Sessions can get to him in advance to ask him if he s being blackmailed

Yep if you all think the Japanese didn’t take over Hawaii think again. It is what they are trying to do to the mainland by having the Arabs and Hispanics take over American. The losing side somehow always end up winning in the end. After the Muslims attached US on 911, to make up for our response we import many of them here and continue to do so. After the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor and after world war 2, we allowed many Japanese to move to Hawaii to make up for our response by defeating them in world war 2.
