Whatever “next” turns out to be, it must be a precision or series of precision moves.
Whats next is the annihilation of the Obama led deep state which intents to usurp the Constitution and usher in an era of supposed Utopia of liberal fascism.
The Obama Liberal Fascist ( OLF) movement needs to be destroyed utterly and completely.

Those "precision" moves unfortunately seem to take months or even years, but if the Republicans lost the House and/or Senate in November, all these investigations will be for naught. All the effort at trying to drain the Swamp will be wasted.

The RICO statute is designed to roll up sub-rosa racketeer
networks, alomng with stringent personal asset forfeiture.
And the rules of evidence are more generous for the prosecutorial function.
This is a political crime network, and it needs to be rolled up. We do not want to have one or two scapegoats or sacrificial lambs, we need to destroy their entire network.
RICO provides the legal tools and investigative security to get that done.
After the election they were engineering a coup d'etat, aka the "insurance policy". They were using all the police powers of the FBI and the DOJ to achieve their ends. This is treason. The conspirators need to go to jail for a long time.

I can’t but speculate how a Speaker Pelosi would have handled the ‘situation’. Now we can clearly see who (and what kind) of allies in Congress are on the side of We The People.
