That being said the better way would be to make it unlawful for any states to continue to collect tolls once the original loan amount has been collected. However, that could probably only work if any federal funds were used in the toll way construction.
EZ Pass expanding is good.
At one point, when driving long haul, I had EZPass, KPass (Kansas), Ipass (Illinois), Sunpass and one other transponder on the windshield.
It was crazy getting four or five different bills every month and still having to pay cash in Ohio, PA and other places.
Please explain how someone paying cash, cause more “wear” on the highway, than anyone else.
