First off, the story here is about the building of Trump’s border wall - not DACA. Two separate things.
Second, even if DACA were brought up - something not required by any law, such “agreements” are often just ignored - it would need to something that Trump would have to approve of and sign.
In other words, you can back off from the ledge, all is “not lost.”

The illegal can steal an identity and create “papers”, sure, but once the rightful identity owner complains, with e-Verify there is a solid electronic trail right back to the criminal, where he / she works, etc. Maybe not ALL offenders can be easily spotted, and some may move before being caught, but with quick enforcement, but most can.
For that matter, to the degree which it is deemed not too egregious an invasion of privacy, the databases can be cross-checked and analyzed by powerful programs for anomalies. As a simplified example:
The program says to itself, hmm... we have in Yuma, AZ, a John J. Smith, SS # 123-45-6789, working at MacDonalds. We also have in Berkeley, MO, a John J. Smith, SS # 123-45-6789, working at McDonnell Douglas. Perhaps this deserves a closer look.
Some of this is already possible for SSA to do, though I’m not sure how “empowered” they are to do it. A Trump-powered ICE should be able to kick butt.
