That sense of entitlement, even after having entered the nation illegally, is one of the reasons so many people are tired of them. There is no sense of “please, I love this country more than any other, I identify as an American, and I am asking you to please let me stay”. Why aren’t they criticizing Mexico for failing it’s citizens?
