Actually, the important thing in her story is that she thought that he might have thought about doing something wrong. He's guilty because she needs to feel like she's a martyr.

The good thing is that this supposed event happened 50 years ago. Today, it would probably cost him his career, even though there is no evidence and by her own admission, no verbal communication of intent nor any physical contact.
