If they can "find" the funds to keep all federal facilities, parks, monuments and cemeteries closed and guarded, and the elected criminals protected, they can find the funds TO RETURN TO THE CITIZEN TAXPAYERS THE MONEY THAT LAWFULLY BELONGS TO THEM!
