In any other situation, yes. But this makes it look like Trump is making every honest effort to work with the Democrats. If the vote fails, the Democrats will more likely look like sh*tholes.

Thanks. I misunderstood what the memo was. I thought it was a summary of the rationale used to get the FISA warrant and was generated by the executive branch - not by Congress. Again, thanks for clarifying.

Still, Trump could declassify the FISA warrant and any supporting documents used by the FBI to create it.
