He’s already got a Twitter account in his name, and is not afraid to use it.
He’s also not afraid to attach his name to his comments, so why would he bother to hide behind an anonymous account? Qanon is probably just some fanboy.
Besides, he can’t just play on social media all day, he does actually have real work to do ... his name isn’t Obama

Interesting questions about Q and rightfully so. May I suggest you view a youtube video of Trump with several Admirals and Generals and thr press asked him a question and he draws a Q in the air with his finger and says, “This may be the calm before the storm” if I find it I’ll post it here
It’s hard to explain. This all started late October. Q (not known as Q then) showed up on a message board where everyone is anonymous and the autists as they call themselves are known for their research abilities. Q began posing interesting questions which hooked many autists right away. They created a spreadsheet to track the questions and the answers they came up with. The info they found by answering the questions is openly available on the net. More questions followed by more research and answers. Pretty soon it all began to tie together and they realized this person or persons are close to Trump. I ended up following it early on by reading something at Reddit and doing my own research to find the place they post. They have had to move 3 times due to various disruptions on the boards. They DO NOT want it to be publicized where they are because it interferes with their research. It is easy to tell when they have hit a truth because the boards are suddenly filled with bots and other entities trying to disrupt them by posting all kinds of vulgarities and misinfo. I thought it was a LARP (live action role playing) at first until what Q was posting started showing up in news events after he posted. I believe Q is using these autists to prepare the way for what is about to be revealed about the deep state to the general public. It is going to be a huge shock to most the evil that has been residing in our government and governments all over the world. This is non-partisan evil. It hits all parties. You have to admit it’s a pretty good plan to ease bad news out to John Q Public...pun intended...
