Yes, Russians did funnel money to Hillary supported groups through Bermuda-based laundered Russian money to the Sea Change Foundation. Go to Open Secrets and see where the Sea Change Foundation money went. It was meant to oppose fracking to keep oil prices high for Russians, but leftist groups were all too happy to take the money and even to pass some of it along to their favorite candidate Hillary.
