Facebooks Mark Zuckerberg is fighting for changes to U.S. immigration policy - and encouraging those on Facebook to call their congressional leaders to do the same.
Zuckerberg posted on his Facebook page Wednesday in support of Dreamers, undocumented immigrants who were brought to the United States as children.
Every day that Congress doesnt act more DACA recipients are losing their status, Zuckerberg wrote Wednesday. This is a basic question of whether our government works. Can Congress come together and find a path forward, or will we default to forcing almost one million people out of their jobs and country?
Zuckerberg added that hes been calling members of Congress, and encouraged others to do the same.
Zuckerberg isnt the only big-time tech executive taking an interest in Dreamers. His counterpart at Facebook, chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg, also posted on Wednesday shortly after Zuckerberg, calling the expiration of the DACA program cruel.
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, the worlds richest man, who has historically been very quiet when it comes to philanthropy or social issues, also donated $33 million just last week to help fund college scholarships for undocumented students.

Abandon Fecebook.
Every log in provides money to use against US.
Yup. Obama recruited and brought them in by the train load. We should send them back the same way (only, to be humane, maybe we’ll let them ride inside a comfy bus).
Deport Pimpleberg.
Zuck: Who’s gonna mow my grass if they leave?
I originally joined facebook to stay in touch with family around the country. I’ve naturally migrated away from it lately. Don’t know why. It just seems less interesting.
It’s like just not watching TV much when, one day, you notice that your favorite shows are mostly commercials.
At age 18 an individual is charged with legal knowledge of all criminal and regulatory law. When an illegal reaches 18 ,he is imputed with knowledge that he broke the law by being here and should depart, I would support his position until 18 at which point he is intentionally breaking the law and should be forcefully removed from our country.
Why does Zuckerberg hate this country, a country that has been exceptionally good to him?
I have never cared about Zuckerberg’s opinion.
Hey Zuckerberg
Golf, Foxtrot, Yankee
Remind me again what it was that Citizens United did that was so awful.
Sure, Markie boy - just as soon as you drop the walls around your many estates.
“Why does Zuckerberg hate this country, a country that has been exceptionally good to him?”
He is virtue signaling. Only somebody from the opposite side of virtue signaling would profess love of country. Therefore you can’t love your country and signal to the world how virtuous you are. To be virtuous, there must be something to compare against. That comparison is a white, middle class, bible clinging, bitter gun toting pro-American. If you are white and wish the accolades of liberals, you must work extra hard to signal that you hate whites and country.
The fact that this has become common speaks to how badly our institutions and culture in general have been infiltrated by liberals. Imagine that the people you admire and seek to gain admittance to their elite circles were hugely obese. You would need to be even more obese than them to gain admittance.
I’m sure he lets illegal aliens spend the night there.
I think some folks like him, Mark Cuban and others that are successful in one endeavor and make billions on it come to think they are then qualified to run the world.
I called mine and voiced my support for dreamers being returned home to their rightful countries
I support ALL Dreamers...being deported IMMEDIATELY!
It always slays me how Zuckerberg and other liberal elites demand — DEMAND — that we not build a wall and let anyone and everyone in... all while they sun themselves behind the private wall of their mansions with their armed security.
When the revolution starts and after the corrupt MSM barons are dispatched, the tech barons are the next to go.
