They will also field a joint North and South Korean women’s ice hockey team for the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, which begin early next month, South Korea’s Unification Ministry said.

North and South Korean skiers will train together at a resort in North Korea before the Olympics start, and performers from the two countries will also hold a joint cultural event there.

North Korea will also send around 230 supporters to cheer on its athletes. A smaller delegation of North Korean athletes and supporters will attend the Paralympics, the unification ministry said.

With all the family members of same 'living' under armed guard and threat of execution until the travelers return to the gulag.

= = = = = = = = = = = = =

One successful and in this case VERY successful country may find it a tad inconvenient and slightly impossible to completely absorb a country that is or has been kept in the dark ages for a long time.

I really believe this is why Germany ‘pushed’ for the EU and tried to throw everyone off by making Brussels the ‘Leading State’.... making Berlin the head would have been just a tad obvious.

Then MANY countries found you just can’t absorb a ‘train wreck’ like East Germany into your economy without taking a hit or two.

Add the large influx of non productive immigrants and we end up - in due time - with more $hiite Hole Countries turning to US for help -....ie ‘Global Warming Pact’ or increased UN ‘help’.....

The big problem will be where to park all the APCs.

Given this 'plan', it surely has the potential to be one of the more interesting Olympics in recent years.

It'd be interesting to know the actual alert status at and south of the DMZ for that time frame.
