Nancy Mace, the first woman to graduate from The Citadels Corps of Cadets in 1999, can add state lawmaker to her list of accomplishments.
The Daniel Island Republican defeated her Democratic challenger Cindy Boatwright on Tuesday in a special election for House District 99.
Early results show Mace garnered about 57 percent of the vote compared to Boatwright's 43 percent, according to unofficial results.

It’s apparent that Trump has a mandate to send all 30 million illegal alien invaders back to their home countries.
Good news
Good news
is this a typical conservative district thought? South Carolina is pretty conservative state.
Three special elections tonight in SC, IW, and WI. Rats were claiming they would pick up seats because of the blue wave; this is an early sign they may have hit a wall
ah okay. Keep us posted on the other two. TIA
It’s a state election.
I agree that Trump has a mandate to deport illegal aliens.
I don’t think you can discern that from this race.
This is for the SC legislature.
Even though SC elects a lot of Republicans, take a closer look at their Congressional delegation.
Most of them, if not all of them, are Bush League Republicans bent on preventing US (US citizens) from stopping the Cheap Labor Express.
maybe that was a touch of sarcasm because if the race went the other way the media would say the opposite?
idk I thought it was sarcasm
Republican up in WI#10 special election, 54.6%-44.09%, with 50% reporting.
whats this dude mean by this?
Final result for #AD58 in Wisconsin. The GOP held this seat 56.56%-43.37%. This is a 24.9% swing from the 2016 presidential margin. It is a 36.25% swing from the 2014 #WIGov margin. That’s certainly good news for the @WisDems.
according to the link above it’s good news for the dems because they lost by such a small margin compared to the other times they lost that district in WI.

Ah that little pasty fat guy you posted a link to his twitter is from Decision Desk HQ and a consultant for Gravis Marketing.
He’s on twitter claiming this a GOOD NEWS for dems because they lost this seat in WI by such a huge margin last time not it’s just by 14 pts.
I mean, when was the last time it was a special election for that seat? LOL
The other times were most likely during other elections going on that brought out more people to vote.
I do get shaky with our turnout even since the Moore debacle.
The 99th is the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area. Usually reliable as conservative district but with the growth in the Low Country, the demographics are slowly changing.
yep the plan everywhere for the dems. flood em with illegals.
