Absolutely. Providing officially protected rally points and staging areas to inflict every kind of corrupt third-world villainy there is upon the rest of us. Like I posted on another thread, those places will be like Pakistan is for the Taliban, like Cambodia and Laos was for the Viet Cong. This sanctuary crap needs to be not just stopped but
