He most likely did it on purpose and I noticed the immediate response was to blame Trump. I would think there is safety factors to prevent one from leaning up against the big red button.
Absolutely! They play this off as if the “Real warning” button is like right next to the light switch. No way in hell this was unintentional. Period.
