Well, some judge in California is trying to make changing their status illegal because Pres. Trump "doesn't like Mexicans" or some other crap this judge said was taken from his Twitter tweets.

In any case, Pres. Trump can either just ignore her completely or appeal the decision.

I do not know how or if this affects the March deadline.

Government to resume processing DACA renewals, citing judge’s ruling

"The Department of Homeland Security announced Saturday it would resume processing renewal applications for young undocumented immigrants seeking protection from deportation under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA/"

So if you're watching Fox News Sunday, listen carefully to Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

DACA is dead in terms of receiving new applications. Some of the two year renewals begin in March. The ruling requires that the government must receive and process the two-year renewals. The ruling will be appealed. Until then, the government will abide by the decision.
