Government to resume processing DACA renewals, citing judge’s ruling

"The Department of Homeland Security announced Saturday it would resume processing renewal applications for young undocumented immigrants seeking protection from deportation under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA/"

So if you're watching Fox News Sunday, listen carefully to Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

It has not been a good week for President Trump. I am still puzzled as to why these closed door sessions are not recorded, so who said what would be on record. I get that he must have been furious and frustrated with what the DACA/Immigration Gang brought to the table. However the blow back from the alleged remarks has been brutal.

On Twitter, NavyJack has really been on a tear, discounting nearly everything Sundance has been writing re the dossier and weaponization of DOJ/FBI/CIA. It is very clear these 2 do not see eye to eye on anything.

So who and what to believe? I think I am overloaded with all the info I am reading and may need Valium to watch the Sunday shows today.

The formal DACA action isn't in an EO, although an EO initiated the DHS review and action. See DHS September 5, 2017 Memorandum on Rescission Of DACA.

Huh? Thanks for the clarification. It's bad enough that I was thinking that Barack Obama, International Man of Mystery, did this with his pen and his phone, but if the entire DACA charade is based on the same clowns that run TSA making up a rule to avoid enforcing existing laws, that is even worse. I miss those ABC infomercial cartoons that explained how our government is supposed to work. Maybe somebody slip a few of those into the sexual harassment classes that members of congress are supposed to attend now.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals: Response to January 2018 Preliminary Injunction : USCIS

Due to a federal court order, USCIS has resumed accepting requests to renew a grant of deferred action under DACA. Until further notice, and unless otherwise provided in this guidance, the DACA policy will be operated on the terms in place before it was rescinded on Sept. 5, 2017.

Individuals who were previously granted deferred action under DACA may request renewal by filing Form I-821D (PDF), Form I-765 (PDF), and Form I-765 Worksheet (PDF), with the appropriate fee or approved fee exemption request, at the USCIS designated filing location, and in accordance with the instructions to the Form I-821D (PDF) and Form I-765 (PDF). USCIS is not accepting requests from individuals who have never before been granted deferred action under DACA. USCIS will not accept or approve advance parole requests from DACA recipients.

The number of dreamers covered can only decrease.

The average household headed by an immigrant (legal or illegal) costs taxpayers $6,234 in federal welfare benefits, which is 41 percent higher than the $4,431 received by the average native household.

The average immigrant household consumes 33 percent more cash welfare, 57 percent more food assistance, and 44 percent more Medicaid dollars than the average native household. Housing costs are about the same for both groups.

At $8,251, households headed by immigrants from Central America and Mexico have the highest welfare costs of any sending region — 86 percent higher than the costs of native households.

Illegal immigrant households cost an average of $5,692 (driven largely by the presence of U.S.-born children), while legal immigrant households cost $6,378.

The greater consumption of welfare dollars by immigrants can be explained in large part by their lower level of education and larger number of children compared to natives. Over 24 percent of immigrant households are headed by a high school dropout, compared to just 8 percent of native households. In addition, 13 percent of immigrant households have three or more children, vs. just 6 percent of native households.

Another great piece by Clarice.One of the issues of the fusion GPS debacle is to find out who paid for the research.We know the DNC paid for some of it but who else did?My take is below.

Clarice has done another excellent job of documentation of who did what, when and where,the why is obvious to destroy Trump.That never ends.

But the supposition is that these independent contractors were Fusion GPS, a dirt-digging opposition research firm paid by Hillary Clinton and apparently President Obama (through hired counsel), and even the FBI or others-— (the others comment may well refer to blacked out payments on the banking statement that shows who paid Fusion. There are several guesses of who actually made the blacked out payments. One is the FBI,high probability,NSA,possible, or my guess CIA) subcontracted by them were working in league with them. Should that prove true, we have the worst political scandal in U.S. history: a weaponization of our law enforcement agencies to assist one candidate and destroy her opponent.
If we find that the CIA was making payments to Fusion,even through third parties where 70% of their money is paid these days,it shows that a coordinated op had been designed by a govt. agency hell bent on keeping any opposition to Hillary's presidency from happening.
As Clarice has inferred this makes us a third world nation and it must be stopped.HIGH time the bad guys in the darkest places of the CIA are stopped.
