I run a similar software. I manage a large mass notification system for a rather large hospital complex. Its not the kind the cops use, but it is very similar.
If you got through the five different layers of security, all you need to do is push the “activate” button. And then press yes the two more times it asks “are you sure?” And are you really sure?
