I think it’s probably safe to say Durbin is the one who fed the story to the Post and it was a huge success we must admit. My guess he changed original quote to make it more inflammatory. So why is Trump allowing that traitor Flake and his little mini me McSally to participate in the talks?
1. Trump did use the term "sh!t-hole" in his meeting (this guy said he assumes Trump said this because he's known Trump for years and it's one of his favorite slang terms in casual conversations, LOL).
2. Durbin fabricated the actual quote to make it sound like Trump was using the term differently than it was originally used.
That bunch from Congress cooked up their proposed DACA deal on their own and asked to present it to the President. It isn’t that Trump “allowed” them to participate. Congress is an independent body and members can work with each other to draft legislative proposals.
