More of us will probably be avoiding s***hole countries in general. We do have a national drug problem because of those countries, though. Maybe we can talk our President into appointing Duterte to a good position. If so, please loan him to us for a while. ;-)
On a very old thread, I suggested Duterte for Attorney General. He could give lots of swamp critters a one-way flight to 500 feet in his helicopter.(As he was alleged to have done when he was Mayor in Davao). Mark17 lives there and might have some better insight as to whether that is Urban legend or fact.
