Exactly. Someone admitted under oath that they had direct knowledge of a homicide. Arrest them immediately as a material witness until they tell everything about it.

The lawyer was not under oath. I think he was bloviating hyperbole to make the joke dossier appear more “valid” and “serious”. I would have forced the issue though.
