Thank goodness, Chicago Mayor Rahm "Law and Order" Emanuel, County Board President Toni Preckwinkle, State's Attorney Kim Foxx, Chief Judge Timothy Evans and County Sheriff Tom Dart have emptied the jails to satisfy BLM activists. It is discriminatory to actually lock up the criminals.

Less than 30% of murders are solved in Chicago. In other words, over 70% of killers in Chicago got away with murder. Mainly because of the thug life attitude in Chicago where few people cooperate with the police. Yet black lies matter thinks the real problem is police shooting thugs.
