Where I live, all you have to do is have brown skin and speak Spanish. Then they treat you like a VIP.
It seems to be the way of what’s to come.
Stuffed with Mexicans-- but only I and one other white guy paid a dime at the window the whole hour and a half I had to wait.
Another time I went there and mistakenly checked the "indigent" box on some form. The Hispanic receptionist looked at me with astonishment and said, "You can't be indigent!"
It's not just that whites pay, we're expected to pay.
