President Donald Trump, as commander-in-chief of the U.S. armed forces, issued orders last year to strengthen the readiness of the U.S. military. President Trump's order instructed the Departments of Defense (DOD) and Homeland Security (DHS) to strengthen America's military readiness by ending an Obama-era, transgender policy.
This policy allowed those who identify as transgender to serve in the military, and provided taxpayer funded sex reassignment surgery and hormone therapy for members of the military.
This policy has negatively impacted military readiness, and taxpayer funds necessary to implement this social experiment could be better spent equipping the military. Elaine Donnelly, president of the Center for Military Readiness, said Obama's transgender policy would "detract from readiness, deployability and morale."
The president's orders have been derailed by liberal judges, but Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who is head of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the President's chief legal official, has yet to seek a stay from the Supreme Court to halt lower court decisions against the transgender ban.

Policies enacted by executive fiat should also be able to be repealed by executive fiat. What Trump is doing is no different than any other incoming president changing the drapes or fumigating the oval office.
The big question is why has the Trump aministration not objected to these rulings That undermines the presidents conference constitutional authority?
Activist judges need to be weeded out of the courts as much as transgender people need to be dismissed from the military imo.
The problem is that we still have a post-17th Amendment (17A) ratification uniparty Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that predictably won’t lift a finger to do anything about such judges.
This is why patriots now need to be making sure that there are plenty of military-respecting, Trump supporting patriots on the 2018 primary ballots, and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day.
And until 17A is repealed, as evidenced by concerns about the integrity of Alabama’s special Senate election, patriot candidates need to win elections by a large enough margin to compensate for possible deep state ballot box fraud and associated MSM scare tactics.

Activist judges? How about the globalist bureaucrats and perfumed princes staffing the DOD? Their meddling in and obstruction of lawful orders from the CIC needs fixed maybe as a higher priority than the robed tyrants.

Article III courts occasionally do the duty of the pre-17th senate when they protect the states from overreach by the national government. But in the aggregate, the 17th Amendment made the politicization of the courts inevitable, and with it, the rise of social justice in the drag of law.
Since popularly elected senators are incapable of executing either their pre-17th, or Article III powers, federal courts will continue to stymie and absorb the Article II authority of President Trump. It is as certain as sunrise tomorrow.
Free government and the 17th Amendment cannot coexist.
