Alabama RB Bo Scarbrough denies yelling 'F--- Trump

Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough denied yelling "F--- Trump" before Monday night's College Football Playoff National Championship Game.

Sporting News posted a video clip on its Twitter account that quickly gained steam showing someone yelling "F--- Trump" as the Alabama players walked through the halls of Mercedes-Benz Stadium to the field. Sporting News identified Scarbrough as the Alabama player who said it but Scarbrough said that wasn't accurate after the Crimson Tide's 26-23 title win over Georgia.

"I'm just trying to celebrate the win," Scarbrough said. "Those type of words didn't come out of my mouth."

Scarbrough also tweeted that "If y'all really listen I said Georgia smh about y'all people in this world."

President Donald Trump was in attendance for the college football national championship game in Atlanta. Trump arrived shortly before gametime, stood on the field during the national anthem and then left the game sometime during halftime.

I’m so beyond caring what the media says about our awesome President. The words I have for them can’t be printed here.

He said Trump and all the denying isn’t going to change it. I have no idea how anyone could get “Trump” and” Georgia” to even remotely to sound alike. The thug said Trump.

Lip-reading is an inexact science.
Is Emma Stone saying Mr Trump!
or (highlight for answer):  It's a Trap

You have to be kidding. When was the last time you spent even 5 minutes anywhere near a sideline or locker room?

“”I remember players being dragged out and benched if one were to say such a thing in High School!!!””

The coach was the one in charge then - such language was never heard in the classroom, hallway, playing field or court....shows how far back we go. I can’t speak for the locker room as I wasn’t there but I believe the coach was so that speaks for itself. I too despise how it’s become so common place...

I’ll add mine: If you turn the volume up loud, you hear a very subdued second syllable “-gia.” The first syllable was not pronounced very clearly. He said Georgia. Still no excuse for the F-bomb. But Bo did apologize.
