A federal judge dismissed all charges against rancher Cliven Bundy, his two sons and another man on Monday.
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro cited "flagrant prosecutorial misconduct" in her decision to dismiss all charges against the Nevada rancher and three others.

This is still Judge Navarro. I wouldn't call her "honorable", because I think that she really had no other option besides blatant disregard for the rule of law.
There still needs to be charges brought against those involved in the prosecution who violated the law.

Bundy never needed to worry about grazing rights until the Bureau of Land Management installed a bureaucrat who not only believed he was above the law, but that he could enforce his whims with armed law enforcement.
As came out after the suppression of evidence fell apart, Bundy owns water rights the BLM was trying to disregard.
