If we had an AG who wasn’t either a moron or deep state stooge all of these deputy assistants would be targets of DOJ grand juries. Under investigation and oath surely some of them would flip. Unfortunately Sessions, Mr. super narc, is too busy hassling pot smokers.
True, charge some with sedition and see where it leads.Plus, ruin their lives like they did to Mike Flynn!

It does look bad, but let's see what happens later this month.
The storm is near.
Have you ever been outside on a hot, late summer afternoon ........... the air is nearly perfectly still, the sky to the west is darkening to gray and ominous purple, you can smell something in the air ........almost like the steaming rain after having landed on hot asphalt?
The storm is near.
Just wait a few more moments.
Rosenstein and the other deep staters in the NON-Justice Dept probably are successfully arguing that the Bush doctrine is to let the previous administration skate.
They don't prosecute Hillary and Bill stealing silver ware and furniture, they do NOT look into criminal acts by the Obama treasonous cartel. Sessions is fine with pot but not Obama criminality.
Besides, it would be like you finding out FOR SURE who was behind the JFK assassination. It is better that the little people continue to wonder than to confirm what most already believe is true.
As Hillary said in so many words, the little people really are stupid.
While you list many prosecutorial accomplishments which *might* have taken place under an alternative time-line with a different, more aggressive AG, there are a couple of objections that could have made the situation worse.
I'm referring, of course, to claims of moral equivalence that Trump, like Hussein, was using the power of his office & weaponsized departments to persecute his political rivals. Even now, we see hints of claims that Trump is obsessed over Clinton's emails, etc. Imagine if an AG like Pruitt had been front and center; the media would be blaring enough publicity to taint any jury pool.
As it is, the ultimate reveal is coming along in what seems like a perfect manner. Trump can still effectively profess independence and distance himself from criticism of political revenge. Even better, when it is disclosed that the criminal justice system itself is hopelessly compromised, then he should have enough political support to suggest moving this "treason affair" over to the UCMJ for proper, impartial adjudication.
