There’s a Hollywood film that is pro-Soviet Union told from the perspective of our Ambassador there.

My fave though is the pro-fascist film I posted about last year. After a car accident, an angel saves the POTUS who becomes a ‘benevolent’ dictator. He rounds up and summarily executes the Mafia kingpins, suspends Congress, redistributes money, etc.
