Schools and colleges used to be governed by the “in loco parentis” rule whereby the school provided moral instruction and protection for the students. And under our legal system, the state powers are said to include actions in the areas of public safety, health, welfare, and morals. These concepts ran back hundreds of years in common law. It’s only in the last few years that the state has reversed our legal heritage and gone over to the dark side insofar as public welfare and morals are concerned.

Their view of in loco parentis is now warped.
* The 18-23 year olds have a right to get drunk, use drugs and have sex with anyone at any time in any way imaginable.
* OMG, someone disagreed with me, protect me from the emotional harm! He shared hate facts contrary to my narrative, it is an assault on my sacred self, it is like he wants to kill me! Stop him!
