The FBI is investigating whether the Clinton Foundation accepted donations in exchange for political favors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of State, two people familiar with the probe confirmed Friday. The revelation comes as President Trump and congressional Republicans have been urging the Justice Department to look into corruption allegations involving the foundation.
It is unclear when or why the probe began, but the sources told the Associated Press it has been ongoing for several months, with prosecutors and FBI agents taking the lead from their offices in Little Rock, Ark., where the foundation has offices. The people were not authorized to discuss the investigation publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity. The Hill newspaper first reported the probe.
Critics have accused the Clinton family of using the foundation to enrich themselves and give donors special access to the State Department when Hillary Clinton was its head. But public corruption prosecutors in Washington expressed disinterest in working with the FBI on a Clinton Foundation-related investigation in 2016, saying they had concerns about the strength of the FBI's evidence.
A spokesman for the foundation, Craig Minassian, said it had been "subjected to politically motivated allegations, and time after time these allegations have proven false."

According to Hannity this investigation has been going on for a few months. More money involved than we imagine.
This the same FBI that covered up all her crimes for a decade? The same FBI that did a swat raid on Manafort in the middle of the night and wouldn’t let his wife put on a robe? The same FBI that looked for who spilled the beans on the Lynch/Clinton tarmac meeting and tried to hide it?

Fox four or whatever that show is called, were hoping Hillary doesn’t get in trouble. They too think the laws are only for us little people.
With bribery it is not necessary to prove that Hillary did something in return for the money. It is only that there was an expectation of something. If Huma, acting for Clinton solicited donations to the foundation for something in return, that is bribery.
The media keeps saying Hillary never was involved with signing off on Fusion One. That is irrelevant. If there are lawyers here, please comment. If there is anyone in the FBI with a brain, ... never mind.

So far, most investigations of Clinton criminality have been for the purpose of declaring them innocent of wrongdoing and allowing them to say they have been cleared by a government investigation.
