The article is not specific enough. It doesn't say if the crime was in lying to Congress or to the FBI. And when did he give those interviews? Who on the FBI Team (Strzok? Baker?) questioned the two? What possible penalties might there be? Where is a sentence or two on the background and context?

Am I wrong or is this just crappy, shoddy, "make do," reporting?
