I’m not a lawyer, but I believe the overall plot to illegally throw the election to a illegally exhonerated criminal, while weaponizing the federal spying forces to take down the duly elected President, rises to

SEDITION!

I don't think anything like this has happened in the US in over 100 years. The only historical precedents I can come up with are the years preceeding actual organized domestic armed conflict, i. e. the War between the States and the Revolutionary War.
