Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz defended his passion of hunting on Monday after critics said a photo of his dog sitting behind a row of dead geese was offensive

“Two of the main things I tweet about are Jesus and hunting,” he wrote. “That’s what I’m passionate about and that won’t ever change!”

However I defend this guy’s doing it. We need to have increased public exposure of real American activities like hunting fishing and the shooting sports. The leftist big city sissies need to suck it up and deal with the reality.

Viking fan whose inlaws are proud NDSU alums (and on there way to TX for Saturday’s big game) so our family is big fans of Carson Wentz. I have been eyeing what I thought was the inevitable NFC title game clash with the Eagles.

I was at the Viking-Panther game and the couple behind me were Eagle fans who happened to be in Charlotte. They were torn as who to cheer for because MN was next to where Wentz was from and he hunts there, or Carolina (who they hate) but would be better for the Eagles to have them win. Carolina won and Wentz got injured that day against the Rams, so it was a dreary Sunday evening for all...
